Forfeiture of Lease (commercial property)

With our extensive network of Certificated Bailiffs we will undertake repossession of your commercial property anywhere in the UK, terminating the lease and handing control back to the landlord. We will ensure that the lease is forfeited by peaceful entry of the premises, changing the locks and displaying the correct notices of forfeiture. This important service will be carried out for a fixed fee plus locksmith charges.

Commercial Rent Collection (Levy Distress)

A tenant not paying their rent is not sustainable to any property owner or management company.  You do not require permission from the court to enforce this debt, a signed lease is enough.   PJM’s professional Certificated Bailiffs are experienced in the recovery of commercial rent arrears.  We always act with tact and diplomacy as we acknowledge that the landlord - tenant relationship has to continue after our involvement.  We will, upon your instruction, send a Certificated Bailiff (within 24 hours) to attend the property and collect all monies due . If not paid we will levy distress and seize goods where appropriate.

High Court Enforcement & County Court Judgments

Obtaining a County Court Judgement is simple but getting the debtor to pay is not.  PJM Enforcement's sound knowledge and experience in collecting bad debt is second to none.  We enforce CCJ's with a value above £600.00.  For a court fee of just £50.00 we can 'transfer up' your judgement to the High Court and then utilise our powers to collect the debt or remove debtors goods.

We have established an excellent network of Process Servers throughout the UK providing a first class, swift and efficient service.  The vast majority of our work is normally undertaken on a fixed fee basis. For this fee we will carry out your instructions quickly and above all professionally providing an affidavit, witness statement or certificate of service once the case has been served. If your service is very urgent, for an additional fee, we can attempt a same day service which can also include collection of the papers from your office.

Debtor Tracing

PJM Enforcement is very experienced in locating missing debtors.  Tracing a person to a current address is a skill and requires many years of experience and access to the very best sources of information available.  We offer a nationwide debtor tracing service which identifies and tracks down individuals quickly and efficiently, assisting your company to pursue a debtor further or secure the return of unpaid goods.  This service is usually carried out on a no trace no fee basis.
